Top 5 Navigation and Maps Apps on iOS in Poland, Q1 2022

In Q1 2022, the top navigation and maps apps in Poland on the iOS platform showed varied performance in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at how each app fared during this period.

Google Maps had a strong presence with weekly downloads ranging from 19.8K to 35.5K, peaking in mid-February. The app maintained a consistent number of active users, starting at around 1.22M and peaking at 1.34M in late February. Despite its popularity, it did not generate any revenue during this quarter.

Yanosik by Neptis Sp. z o.o., another popular app in Poland, saw weekly downloads fluctuate between 4.4K and 11.5K. It experienced a drop in active users from 34.1K at the beginning of the quarter to 30.1K by the end of March. Revenue-wise, Yanosik showed modest earnings, peaking at $194 in the first week of January.

The e-TOLL PL TICKET app, released by the Ministerstwo Finansów, had a notable decline in downloads, starting at 5.8K in late December and dropping to approximately 1.8K by the end of March. There was no revenue data available for this app during the quarter.

Google Earth had relatively stable weekly downloads, ranging from 1.6K to 2.5K. The app maintained a steady number of active users, starting at 11.2K and peaking at 11.8K in late March. Similar to Google Maps, Google Earth did not generate any revenue in Q1 2022.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic by Waze Inc. had lower download numbers compared to other apps, with weekly downloads varying between 719 and 1.1K. The app saw a decline in active users from 49K at the start of the quarter to around 37.1K by the end of March. No revenue data was recorded for Waze during this period.
